InterContinental San Francisco is staffed with superbly trained and multilingual Guest Relations professionals. VIP and special arrangements are handled flawlessly by this team. Guest Relations will document your comments and review them with the hotel's management team. InterContinental San Francisco will reply to its guests by e-mail, telephone or mail within 7-10 business days after receiving guest correspondence.

Business Center Services.
InterContinental San Francisco’s business center services are available 24-hours and is located on the hotel's 3rd floor. The Business Center is a full service business center. Full services include copying, printing, fax, high speed internet and secretarial services.
On Site Parking Facilities & Services.
Parking is available for our overnight hotel guests, visitors, restaurant, bar, and spa patrons with valet service.

In these days of voice recognition software, it's rare to dial "O" on a telephone and hear a live person respond. InterContinental San Francisco believes strongly in a human touch called Instant Service. Guests can simply push a special button on the guest room telephone and talk to a customer service manager who will relay requests to the hotel's service departments for you. We recognize that the guest's time is of significant value; a commodity that is infinitely perishable.
