Great hotel, great staff and great location. We were upgraded to a king room with a view and they sent us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. I am over the top impressed by these folks.

We have stayed at the Intercontinental in San Francisco several times. It has become our favorite place to stay when we are in the city. The rooms are the views are fantastic. The staff here is amazing as they anticipate our every need. We are grateful for them helping to make our stay fantastic every time.
